Tim knocked it out of the park on short notice with the 2012 vintage. Each year he's had more time to prepare, more time to select the best parcels of fruit and the funding to get the pick of the lot. This is even better than last year and with more aging potential.
The last vintage sold out so fast Tim's friends and family didn't even get a chance to order it (45 days) -- Teach them a lesson about procrastinating and beat them to it again.

Vermentino is a relatively unknown grape so JC can get this for a song, but it's the backbone of a lot of Italian classics and it's coming to more prominence all around the world because it makes absolutely delicious and very distinctive whites.
