Try alternativeClaude has found the perfect balance with his fruity yet elegant Rhone Valley classics
- Claude is a Rhone Valley winemaking specialist. He's been producing some of the regions easiest drinkers for over 30 years.
- After graduating as an Oenologist, Claude headed straight to the vineyards to kick start what has now become a life-long mission to champion the Rhone's terroir and it's local grapes - Grenache and Carignan.
- Grenache has a special place in Claude's heart, there's just so much potential and versatility bundled up in one small grape. In the hands of the right winemaker (*cough* Claude *cough*) it finds the perfect balance between fruit and freshness, making for super easy-drinking and refreshing tipples that ages with next level elegance.

Claude Serra's Story
In 2014 Claude was offered a handful of vineyards in the Rhone Valley where he's been working as a winemaker for many years. He took the oppotunity to launch his own winery, Le Plan des Moines.
Claude started as a winemaker after his graduation as Oenologist. He was driven by the passion for expressing the style of his favourite terroirs and local grapes like Grenache and Carignan. That was 30 years ago now and he's been winemkaing ever since.
His favourite part of his job is finding terroirs which can produce great wines and exploring the potential of Grenache grape in particular. Claude loves working with Grenach because of it's versality and ability to produce easy simple fruity wine that tastes refined and has a fantastic ageing potential.
