        • Let the ratings speak for themselves. The Hacienda range is easily the most popular Rioja we stock!

        • Rodolfo is dripping in medals and awards for his wine skills and he makes sure to save all of his best stuff for Angels.

        • His Winemaker's Choice Rioja is bursting with bright strawberry flavours with a slightly spicy finish - a classic Rioja. Soft, smooth and mellow, and unbeatable value for money.

        • Crémant is France’s best kept sparkling wine secret. It’s made using the same posh grapes as Champagne, with the same traditional method. The only difference is the location… and in Ben’s case, we’re talking about none other than super-smart Burgundy so you’re in good hands!
        • Ben has named his first ever sparkling wine ‘Vigneron’s Wife’, after his beloved wife (and Crémant fanatic) Kat. She has been there through it all, from his first year at Naked when he scrambled together 12,000 bottles, to today, with Angels getting through over a million a year!
        • More refined than Prosecco and more approachable than Champagne. It’s a classy, bubbly delight just like Mrs Darnault herself - and a wine that’s truly been made with love.

        • For years, Danie and his family have been great at growing top-notch fruit for expensive Stellenbosch designer wineries. But the Steytlers get little credit for it, and were paid a pittance. Now he’s finally turning this fruit into wines of his own.
        • Not too heavy, not too light, this is a Pinotage with a real presence. Timing the grape harvest is this classy wine’s secret...

        • Danie gets the balance just right between those early red fruit and cherry notes, and the richer dark fruit flavours. The oak and fruit are all held in perfect balance… yum.

        • Peter and Nicky Parish have crafted a classic Kiwi white with a twist. It's brimming with all the fresh, zippy, tropical fruit flavours you'd expect from a Sauvignon Blanc from down under, but they've blended in a dash of Pinot Gris, taking it to next-level elegance and refinement.
        • The Father-daughter winemaking team have carefully selected grapes from their hillside vineyard in Waipara Valley. The region's gentle nighttime breezes cool and sustain the grapes, giving them their trademark refreshing, zippy and sophisticated characters.
        • Waipara's favourite family winemaking team couldn't have done all this without your support. Angel funding means they have the money tend the vines with love and care, helping them to put nutrition back into the ecosystem and environment. It also keeps Peter and Nicky working side-by-side, which is truly special.

        • Aromatics lovers rejoice! A & R's favourite old-world styles were the inspiration behind this delicate, semi-dry blend that's changing a few views on the classics.
        • Predominantly made up of Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris, the stuff of off-dry dreams. Expect tropical fruit, minerality and a little sweet spice in the finish. Fragrant, delicate and full of finesse.
        • Whatever you do, don't over chill this one - you'll lose the subtle flavours that make the wine so special. Take it out of the fridge when you order your Thai takeaway and try not to sneak a sip while you wait... go on, we dare you!

        • I often ride my mountain bike across our neighbour’s farm, and one vineyard has always intrigued me. After some investigation I learned that it was Pinotage. Pinotage isn’t my favourite grape, but being impressed with the beautiful berries, I asked to assist in the cellar during the making of the wine. It was love at first sight...
        • The funding from Naked enabled me to get involved in the winemaking and also to secure this lovely wine, making it possible for me to afford production and packaging to send this lovely wine to you, Angels!
        • The vineyards are situated on mid-altitude foothills in Stellenbosch, planted on clay soils, which makes the wine wonderfully opulent and rich. It’s silky soft, with delicious fruit driven flavours. Wild strawberries, generous raspberries, finished with a dollop of chocolate from the oak barrels.

Out of stock - more coming soon. In the meantime try Hacienda Don Hernan Rioja Gran Reserva 2011
        • It's not just common old Reserva, this is Gran Reserva - and in Spain this actually means something. Only top quality grapes are used - the grapes that have the best fruit, structure and intensity.
        • Jorge leaves it to mature slowly, in toasty oak barrels to give it that mellow, smooth, caramel and vanilla flavour. Yum!
        • One of our biggest ever sellers and we can absolutely see why. Pour yourself a glass of this belly warmer with big ol’ bowl of steamy stew. Perfection.

        • My family have been making wine in Chablis for centuries. Now thanks to Angel funding, I've been able to put my own name on the label of this spectacular Chablis Premier Cru.
        • I select only the best Chardonnay grapes for my Beauroy Premier Cru. The result is an incredibly crisp, bright and fresh Chablis with a long, elegant mineral finish.
        • I love to enjoy it alongside some simple grilled fish, or if you want something a little more special, splash out on fresh oysters and shellfish.

        • Antoine is all about region and letting his grapes do the talking. He really couldn't have chosen a better region than Pouilly Fume to do just that. As Sauvignon Blanc goes it's pretty tricky to find anything as well rounded, yet as citrusy crisp as a Pouilly Fume - Antoine's vineyards have proved no exception to this very premium rule.
        • This is a wine that radiates some serious class with flavours of pear, zippy goosberry, and an incredibly delicate smokeyness on the round up.
        • You can add this to your list of 'good things in small packages' as Antoine's been sure to pick only the best grapes to make sure each bottle is of towering quality, even if that does mean cutting down on quantity. You don't see something like this everyday, that's for sure.

Smart move - you've found the Sweet Spot

Here's a juicy little nugget of insider info…

When it comes to wine, a small step in price = a HUGE leap in quality and taste

By spending £8-£10 for a bottle of wine, you're actually getting more than DOUBLE the quality of wine than a £6-£7 bottle …pretty impressive huh?

Sound too good to be true? It's not. Here's how it works…

As the price of a bottle increases, more of your money goes towards the delicious juice in the bottle rather than tax, duty and other boring stuff that adds nothing to the taste.

So you get a LOT more bang for your buck

These Sweet Spot wines have benefited from the very best fruit picked from immaculate vineyards, oodles of TLC, and a lil' extra Angel-funding at every step of the winemaking process.

Pull yer socks up. Because if these Sweet Spot beauties don't blow 'em off I don't know what will

I guarantee our Sweet Spot wines will blow you away. If they don't, then I'll give you every single penny back. So you've really got nothing to lose.
