As usual, this is a lovely light, refreshing frizzante with a little fizz. Hints of apple blossom and minerality, and I’d say not as sweet as some proseccos can be which I know is what some others are particularly looking for and refreshing in the summer weather. And a very good price. Cheers everyone! Paired with ling fillet and veg first night, and just to let you know, the screw cap keeps its fizz until the next day, when I paired it with our Aktar Indian curries - and it was really delicious against the spice.
