Classic Pinot Noir with a dark ruby color and an intoxicating aroma of cherries and wild strawberries before a nice long finish after every scrumptious little sip.
In the "real world" this wine would retail for $35 to $40 (and that's how much Tim used to sell his wines for before Angel funding gave him wings and let him make this wine without any of the wasted marketing and sales costs).
Tim makes this Pinot with a bit more zip so that it can pair perfectly with dishes like salmon – but that also means it can taste a bit lean if you're sipping it on its own.

This is a deep, dark blend of Grenache and Syrah with the roundness and complexity you can expect from such a unique vineyard located 2800 feet above sea level in old granite soils that have run off for millenia from the Sierra Nevada mountains.
It's lush and ripe and has a lot of oomph, but Jeff finds that the altitude and soil type actually give the wine a surprising freshness and a yummy red fruit focus – he often suggests serving this a bit cooler than most reds to showcase the wine's freshness.
A perfect summer barbecue wine that has the body and depth to pair with BBQed meats but still has the freshness and focus to be fun to drink in the baking hot sun.

"This chardonnay is a blend from two different Russian River vineyards. Even though they are only 10 miles apart they are distinctly different in the grape characters each produces. One vineyard gives me an intense pineapple tropical full bodied deeply golden colored chardonnay. The other a leaner, citrus, apple, pear crisp chardonnay.
This wine screams chardonnay. When you smell it and taste it it says "I am Chardonnay." What I love about this wine is the balance. Its not over the top with oak and butter nor is it lean and simple. The nose protrudes tropical fruits, oak and a little buttered popcorn. The palate is rich, full bodied and has great length.
This wine has all the high quality inputs. New french oak, expensive Russian river chardonnay grapes and quality winemaking. Many RRV chards of this quality are double the price (if I permit myself, you could compare it to other great wines like Jordan and Sonoma Cutrer)."
