About the wine
Rare Pinot Meunier Champagne - a Decanter Gold Medalist
This is a unique Champagne aged with the help of multiple stunning vintages – and it pops with ultra-fine effervescence and layers of bright and honeyed flavors (like crisp apples and brioche, pears and walnuts!) Pierre is a passionate Champagne expert and he’s ready to make you a convert if you’re not one already.
Pierre is geeky for Pinot Meunier – it's a lesser-known variety in Champagne, used in very fine bubbly (it’s actually a clone of Pinot Noir, if you want to get geeky with him). With your support, he made this 100% Meunier Champagne to bring you a tribute most people have never had.
Pssst, now you’re in the know. Meunier Champagne is a French sparkling like no other. Don’t miss your chance to get this rarity – and Decanter Gold Winner! – before it disappears.
Best before
It can be aged depending on one's taste. If you like it fresh, drink now. If you want more complexity, keep it for a year or more.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Pierre Grandin
Pierre’s been dabbling in all things winemaking since the age of 10 when he would keep an eye on the vineyard and cellar with his father. That’s what you get for being born into Champagne! His dream has always been to continue his family’s wine legacy.
Champagne’s under-the-radar grape, Pinot Meunier, is Pierre’s true passion. Pierre says Meunier packs a bit of extra punch. It requires a little more TLC, but he has what it takes to make extraordinary Champagne from this lesser-known grape. And with your funding, he’s ready to bring this variety to life.
- Pierre and his long-time business partner, Marion Mordelles, are true innovators. They’re known as Champagne Constantine. With Angel support, they’re adding a bit of cutting-edge flair to centuries-old tradition to make bubbly that’s out of this world.
