- A special portion of your Cabernet comes from the Strathbogie Ranges – a region with a special place in Sam’s heart. Sam’s dad planted the first vines in Strathbogie over 50 years ago – now you’re helping carry on that legacy in the best (and most delicious) way possible!

This Cabernet is great drinking now, but will also develop more savory flavors if aged over the next few years.
Serving advice
No need to decant this Cabernet, just be sure to serve it at around 60-64ºF.
Food match
People talk about the simple pleasure of comfort food; for me that includes lamb shanks with mashed potatoes and beans. Some rosemary with the shanks is a great match for the herbal note in this Cabernet.
