About the wine
Barrel-aged Aussie red - steeped in lush flavor

Full of ripe red and dark berries, a hint of oak and a touch of tempting spiciness, this rich red is what Jen calls “the ultimate expression of what I love about Shiraz."

Angel funding got Jen into a handful of the best vineyards in her corner of South Australia, each with older vines and lower yields that gave the fruit the perfect intensity Jen wanted for this wine.

Best before
My Diamond Shiraz is a great drink now, but will reward cellaring for ten years to 2029.
Serving advice
I recommend opening this wine 1-2 hours before serving and decanting or allowing to breathe. Serve cooler than room temperature.
Food match
This pairs well with beef - from chargrilled steak, to slow-cooked beef stew and burgers and fries - it's a match made in heaven. It also also loves a bit of spice - try it with a Mexican-inspired feast or your favorite Indian curry.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
