        • Our flying winemaker Dom's favourite place to make wine is Puglia... and we can see why. This Primitivo is brimming with Italian sunshine.

        • His powerhouse of a red still packs a punch whilst retaining a velvety Italian elegance. It's gorgeously deep and dark and decadent, and so smooth it'll slip down far too quickly.

        • Thanks to Angel funding, it's a complete bargain. So you can afford to splash out on a big fat juicy steak to eat alongside it.

        • There’s no doubt that Paolo is a bit of a genius when it comes to working with bubbles, and this lightly sparkling delight is proof if ever you needed it.
        • It's Frizzante, which means rather than a full on bubble blow out we're talking lightly sparkling, in other words a nice soft tingle on the tongue, with all the delicious flavours of a juicy punnet of strawberries.
        •  Paolo's packed this Frizzante into a screwcap, 'There's no faffing about with corks, these bubbles come in a screw cap bottle, preserving those light bubbles perfectly'. This is the perfect aperitif. Hell, it's perfect anytime, anywhere, anyplace.

        • Christian has kicked things up a notch with this intense, velvety, ruby red, Riserva from Salice Salentino.

        • He describes this Italian Stallion as his Montepulciano on steroids, and boy he isn’t kidding. This is just bursting with juicy red fruits with just a dash of sophisticated spice.

        • Perfect with food or without, but if you’re opting for the former, a nice mature cheddar and some anti-pasti will be divine. Crack this open and put your feet up. You deserve it.

        • Sterrato Grosso is a brand new venture from our newly minted Winemaker of the Year, proving case and point why Stefano deserved to take the crown. This is his first Organic wine, produced with sustainability front and centre - the result is an impressively characterful wine that you can enjoy with a clear conscience.
        • Stefano used pure Sangiovese grapes from a single vineyard to create a wine with some serious impact and fruity freshness up it's sleeve. From the same estate as Stefano's notorious Poggio Di Guardia, this wine has benefited from the high altitude and unique climate that made Poggio's name.
        • If you're a sucker for a rich fruity Sangiovese or a smoky Pinot Noir, this is your new best mate. It carries flavours of juicy cherries and ripe plums like a dream - lighness of touch, complexity, length, the works! Yes, you may need to pinch yourself.

        • Spectacular aperitif sparkler made by Paolo Sacchetto in the Veneto region of Italy - the perfect climate for making top fizz.
        • This is the kind of rose for those who like lots of flavour from their pinks and don't mind being bold about it.
        • Ripe red cherry fruit flavours, combine with clotted cream to give a full-on, no prisoners taken style of fizz with an awful lot of character shining through.

        • This Montepulciano is grown on the gentle, rolling hills of the Abruzzo region in central Italy. The Mediterranean climate and coastal inflence help to moderate the growing temperatures while the grapes enjoy long hours of sunshine.
        • The resulting wine is bright ruby red in appearance with fresh aromas of juicy red fruits. The palate is bursting with soft cherry fruit flavours with soft, easy-going tannins and a crisp acidity on the finish.
        • This is a versatile, approachable red which will pair well with grilled meats and various Mediterranean dishes.

        • The grapes for my Poggio di Guardia come from one of the highest vineyards in Tuscany with 18-year old Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines.
        • Thanks to your funding we've been able to take extra care to create a Super Tuscan that will rival some of the best wines in the world.
        • My Poggio di Guardia is a deep purple-red, with spicy black pepper that opens up towards liquorice, mint and blueberries. It's pure silk and has a taste that will keep you coming back for more

        • Calafuria has a long tradition of producing rosé wines made with Negroamaro grapes, a variety that best expresses its full potential near the sea. These grapes were hand-tended in a vineyard that runs one kilometre along the Adriatic coastline.

        • Negroamaro is one of the most potent and versatile grapes, and hand pruning them results in a wine with a complex, rich structure. The grapes are hand-harvested after soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun.

        • This coral pink rosé is a proper foodie's wine and made to be savoured. Remarkably refined and perfectly balanced, it's bursting with aromas of fresh pink grapefruit and juicy peaches. Perfect for alfresco feasting.

        • Paolo has bottled his prize Prosecco into a shiny 1.5L magnum with all the melt-in-the-mouth luxury you'd expect from a world-class Prosecco winemaker.
        • Crisp, fruity and refreshing, Paolo's top-notch Prosecco is the quintessential festive season drink. Gentler than Champagne, creamier than Cava, imagine the bliss of elegant bubbles dissolving in a soft lemon foam on your tongue. It's full of flavour and delicate bubbles.
        • It's full of flavour and delicate bubbles.  Perfect for little family get-togethers, opening pressies, or cheeky liveners on Christmas morning - with plenty left over to wash down the Boxing Day sandwiches and see in the New Year.

        • I love the idea of creating, in the fields and in the winery something new every year. My wines are genuine and honest. I hope you can see this attention in the elegance, fineness and aromas of my Amarone.
        • I use the ancient Italian tradition of gently sun drying grapes for 4-5 months to make the flavours even more concentrated and intense. The wine is then matured in oak barrels for 30-36 months to give it the refined velvety complexity that Amarone is famous for. The result is a rich, elegant, grown-up wine to savour with someone special.
        • The best reward for me is the recognition of my efforts and quality by the people enjoying my wines. So here's to you Angels! I can't wait to hear what you think.

Smart move - you've found the Sweet Spot

Here's a juicy little nugget of insider info…

When it comes to wine, a small step in price = a HUGE leap in quality and taste

By spending £8-£10 for a bottle of wine, you're actually getting more than DOUBLE the quality of wine than a £6-£7 bottle …pretty impressive huh?

Sound too good to be true? It's not. Here's how it works…

As the price of a bottle increases, more of your money goes towards the delicious juice in the bottle rather than tax, duty and other boring stuff that adds nothing to the taste.

So you get a LOT more bang for your buck

These Sweet Spot wines have benefited from the very best fruit picked from immaculate vineyards, oodles of TLC, and a lil' extra Angel-funding at every step of the winemaking process.

Pull yer socks up. Because if these Sweet Spot beauties don't blow 'em off I don't know what will

I guarantee our Sweet Spot wines will blow you away. If they don't, then I'll give you every single penny back. So you've really got nothing to lose.
