- Domaine de Cristia is run by brother-sister combo Dominique and Baptiste who were dubbed the 'new superstars of Chateauneuf-du-Pape' by the Wine Advocate. We rather think so too.
- This Vacqueyras is classic Rhone - all bramble, blackcurrant and lashings of creamy oak. Delish.
- Normally you'd be paying at least another fiver for this, which would mean you wouldn't be able to afford it and therefore would miss out on matching it with a classic Sunday roast lamb.
