- We buy off a well-known producer in Italy - hence we have to keep their name a secret, otherwise they'd be lynched by their competitors. But that results in top Pinot Grigio, for a stupidly low price.
- However, we can tell you that this PG is actually made with 100% Pinot Grigio (which is not actually that common for Italian PG), and as a result has that deliciously round rich grapiness that is missing in so other wines using this variety.
- Some combos aren't worth messing with, so grab a bowl of carbonara and crack a bottle of this open.

- One of Napa's most decorated winemakers lowered his price dramatically for us, but hid his identity because his distributors can't find out.
