Since I was a teenager I was in love with the wine-world. After high school I had to decide medicine or winemaking......I think that I made the correct decision!
What do I love about winemaker?
EVERYTHING!
The chance of being in contact with the nature, working in a team, not being in an office all day and to create something that the people will enjoy.
I graduated as an Onologist-Fruit Expert at the Colegio Vitivinícola Don Bosco in Mendoza. I have worked for many wineries in my own country and also in the Napa region and in Spain to broaden my experience. I joined Septima in 2000 as their main oenologist, responsible for the cellars' fine wines.
