This wine is so lovely and crisp and really complimented my cheesy, hammy chicken kievs this evening! This Bourgogne leaves no sharp acidic bitterness taste in your mouth like some whites might, if anything, there is a very slight sweetness to the finish. Lovely straw colour, but I still can't quite figure out enough tastes when tasting wine to distinguish the characteristics (I should really go on a wine tasting course some day!) This wine certainly is up there with my favourites! Salute!
