This Reserve Zinfandel tastes wonderful now, but will definitely keep developing for the next 3-5 years. If you're able to wait and store it carefully, it will only be getting more delicious over time.
Serving advice
Let this powerful red open up and air out for about 30 minutes before drinking, and serve at around 60-65ºF.

For a unique pairing, try this Reserve Zin with grilled eggplant generously topped with parmesan and fresh oregano. It's also ideal with roast lamb, rib eye steak and chocolate.
