A different take on a european style. We brew a Belgium style wheat beer and then ferment it on a combination of French & American oak over a number of weeks. The beer is then triple filtered and spends a number of months in bottle conditioning before it is ready… The aromas and flavours of sweet wheat beer give way to vanilla oak overtones and a dry clean finish… Enjoy…
