Joseph Holt Diamond Extra Cold is a rich draught lager which although containing similar ingredients and brewing parameters to Crystal lager has a fuller taste. It pours golden and clear with a crisp head and sparkling finish. The flavor is moderately sweet with subtle hints of lime and lemon. Diamond Lager was awarded The Gold Medal at the International Brewing Awards.
