This is the only lager ever produced by Ales of Scilly. Brewed using traditional Bohemian hops it was originally going to be named Rhapsody in deference to Queen but in view of its strength was renamed A.S.B.O.. Fermented at low temperature for 2 months during the winter and then conditioned for a further month this was a truly exceptional beer. The length of the lagering process has prevented it from being brewed again. (so far!)
