Deep in the heart of Prosecco territory, is a small family-run winery who have been crafting expressive Italian wines for generations.
Their elegant DOC-certified Prosecco was made slowly, gently and patiently to allow it's natural bubbles to shine. Handcrafted where possible and using state-of-the-art technology elsewhere, Adalina is a fresh, fruit-forward fizz.
A crisp green apple flavour leads to a crystal clean finish. It's beautifully balanced; the perfect aperitif or party fizz.

Among the (many) groups of people affected by your favourite restaurant or bar being closed are the small independent winemakers who supply them, and whose wine no longer has a home. It’s especially the small guys that have little-to-no hope of selling their wine any time soon...
With their markets in lockdown, orders have dried up completely. And with little government help available in lots of countries, many are in real danger of going bust.
