After 25 years in Brinkworth, Anthony and Allyson Windle took the plunge and in August 2011 opened their second venue: The Weighbridge Brewhouse in Swindon. It took almost 18 months to secure the funding and the project finally got under way in February 2011. The couple designed and project managed the renovations themselves with their visual hands-on style. They have successfully transformed what was a run-down building into a fantastic modern dining space that is still within keeping of some of the buildings original features.
