Top Out Brewery is based in a small brew house just outside Edinburgh. We combine Scottish and German brewing influences with the worlds best beer styles and ingredients to create great tasting, original craft beers. When we're not brewing, you'll find us clinging to a rock face; climbing is our other passion and each of our labels shows a different map of a mountain with a route to its summit. Our head brewer has 'Topped Out' on all of them.
