We are Rob Lilford, Jim Lilford and Rolant Tomos. The brewery, which started brewing 5 years ago, is made out of recycled hot water tanks, adapted IBCs and held together with a fair amount of jubilee clips and hope. Our brews have included a Rowan Berry Stout, Banana beer, Shiitake mushroom ale. We're currently brewing Rosemary Ale, Personal Best, IP Hay, Gaucho and Trip Hop. We also brew uniquely commissioned beer like the Tafwyl, which is a Thyme and Yarrow Ale and an Orange Pale Ale for a special wedding. Our newest addition is an OPA.
