We first established Liverpool Organic Brewery in 2008 and spent a year honing our skills and recipes until we were happy to make our public debut. Since then, we've never looked back and our customer base continues to grow to this day. By now, we've probably reached and hopefully pleased every real ale lover in the North West, but we like to think we've also converted quite a few palates along the way too.
