Blindmans Brewery is a five barrel plant which is based between Frome and Shepton Mallet at Talbot Farm, Leighton in a converted Milking Parlour. The brewery is fairly unique in having its own exclusive water spring which is carefully quality controlled, guaranteeing consistency. All ingredients are procured locally wherever possible, with malt supplied by Warminster Maltings, traditionally germinated on open floors in a process spanning centuries.
