Ascot Ales is a 4 barrel micro brewery producing a diverse range of hand crafted beer in batches of 16 firkins. Our passionate love of hops means that our beers are bursting full of intense flavours. We are proud to brew beers that stand out from bland mass produced ales. All our bitters, golden ales & IPA's are dry hopped to give a more intense aroma. Our national award winning stout is brewed all year round and we also brew another award winning hoppy mild throughout the year. We're not afraid to celebrate our dark side! We use the finest English malts & interesting whole leaf hops sourced from all parts of the globe. As we brew according to our own tastes we never skimp on malts which gives our ales a fullness of flavour and if the beer isn't as hoppy as we'd like it to be, then we just add more! We like our customers to enjoy our beers just as we do.
