A raspberry wheat beer that has whole raspberries from my Dad's allotment added during secondary fermentation. A rosy coloured beer that is a masterpiece in balance deceptively combining sweet raspberry aromatics with firm bitter taste. Light fresh with racy thirst-quenching acidity.
