The new beer name aptly named Hat Trick was brewed as a celebratory nod to the 3rd consecutive gold medal Joseph Holt won at the international brewing awards 2015. Firstly striking gold in 2011 at the bi-annual awards ceremony with Crystal Lager followed by a gold win with Diamond in 2013 and capping it off with a victory from Black in 2015. The Hat Trick brew is a golden ale ABV 3.9% with a crisp clean zingy taste and an aroma of pine and citrus.
