Brewed in the style of a Berliner Weiss with a prolonged mash which enables the natural production of lactic acid resulting in the tart and sour flavours. Each batch* is aged in a slightly different way to give it a totally unique touch. This is a great beer for summer - it's crisp and clean flavour is the perfect accompaniment to a BBQ or sipped on its own whilst relaxing in the summer sun. Freedom in a bottle!
