With the ‘Old Smoke' in mind we set out to brew a beer that London would be proud of. We have selected the UK's best lightly smoked malted barley and blend of hops combined with some of the finest earl grey Ceylon tea available. The fusion of smoke black tea and bergamot in this traditional English Bitter utters notes of everything quintessentially London. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Joe's Tea Co. an excellent London based tea company sourcing some of the worlds best tea from Sri Lanka find out more about them here. We use a blend of their Ever-So-English Breakfast and Earl of Grey in this beer.
