This IPA is loaded with West Coast IPA "C" hops. Centennial Chinook and Columbus are used for bittering and then dry hopped with Cascade at the end of fermentation for a robust but balanced hop flavor and aroma. We use high-quality 2-row pale malt as the backbone of this beer accented slightly with Caramel and Victory malts to bring out a slightly sweet bready malt flavor that complements the hops. Fermented cold with Chico Ale Yeast this beer is crisp light and clear. Malt hops and yeast create naturally complementing flavors that blend to create a fantastic and complex West Coast IPA.
