Our robust porter emphasizes coffee malt and the rich developed flavors of an aged beer to create a malt-forward dark ale. This big-malt porter finishes fermentation with a small addition of fermentable honey and brown sugar to balance out the roasted malt bitterness and is then aged on Madagascar and Bourbon vanilla beans to bring it all together.
