About the wine
Reserve barrel-aged Sonoma red
- This is classic Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel, steeped in the region’s signature dark fruit flavors like black raspberry, with a rich, complex finish. After generous aging in French oak, this Zinfandel is at its peak!

This is perfect for immediate drinking, but can also age well for 10 years or more.
Serving advice
We would suggest opening up and decanting this for 30-60 minutes. Doing so will enhance the wine's aromas and flavors, making it smoother and more complex.
Food match
This is superb with grilled hamburgers or any stews or dishes with savory sauces. You would be hard pressed to find a wine that goes better with pasta or any food with tomato-based sauce. Personally, I love braised lamb shanks with this Zinfandel.

In their urban winery on Spirits Alley (an old Naval Airbase in Alameda, CA), Michael and Anne are using non-industrial winemaking techniques that allow them to highlight the fruit and emphasize the wine’s balance — crafting California Zinfandels in a unique style.
