Meet the winemaker - Françoise Gazeau
If you’re looking for delicate sparkling wines with a fresh bit of French elegance and finesse, Françoise is your match. “I like to keep a beautiful acidity in all my wines," she says. "I'm also convinced that it's important to give wines time. That’s what makes bubbles so luscious and complex."
A 6th generation winemaker from Limoux – an ancient provence in the southern Languedoc famous for sparkling wines like Crémant de Limoux – Françoise is proud to carry her family's winemaking traditions – but she has a bigger vision in mind...
"I dream about Limoux becoming the best sparkling wine appellation in the world," she says excitedly. "And Angels will make that happen!"
