Françoise's Story
Born in Limoux – an ancient provence in the southern Languedoc, famous for sparkling wines like Crémant de Limoux – Françoise spent her youth in the cellar and the family vineyard, learning about her hometown speciality.
“I had the chance to work for my father and my uncle for over 20 years, and they transmitted their passion for wine,” she said.
After spending a few years in Paris, Françoise traveled the world working for the L'Oréal Group before deciding to dedicate herself to winemaking – specifically “bubbles,” which have become her overpowering passion.
“Sharing the sparkling wines of Limoux with people thousands miles away? There’s nothing like it!” she added with a grin.
“I’m the 6th generation to make wine in my family, and I'm trying to carry traditions with me along the way. But moreover, I dream about Limoux becoming the best sparkling wine appellation in the world – the region people think of when they think of bubbles," she said. "And Angels can help make that happen!"
