Serving advice
No opening and resting needed! Pour yourself a glass out of the handy spout and enjoy. Boxed wine stays fresh longer than an opened bottles so you can sip this classic for days (and weeks!).
Food match
This wine is a big boy, so I say "go big or go home" which means it needs a big-time dinner presentation. That's when we prepare the 3-finger steak. Slow roast it over indirect flame 'till it reaches about 115 degrees then pull it off the fire to relax. While its relaxing slather it with herb infused butter and finish over an open flame.

- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
