This wine will really take to cellaring if you are so inclined. It will also taste really good when it is first released.
Serving advice
Shiraz has a reputation for sucking up the oxygen. I'm sure you know a few people like that too. The best strategy when you run into this situation is to let them vent, get it out, be patient and then you can have a great relationship. Am I talking about this wine or your friends? Don't you treat them the same? Enjoy them both while you have them around.
Food match
I really enjoy my Shiraz with anything that involves sauces. Brown or red. With braised meats or over pasta. Plus some fresh breads and a cheese selection. Enjoy the good life with a friend or two.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
