Let this powerful Zin air out and breathe for about half an hour before diving in.
Food match
I recently opened a bottle of Zin while I tried a new recipe for preparing a thick rib steak. First I smoked it at 225 degrees for 90 minutes over hickory, slathered it with melted basil infused butter while it rested and then finished it over the grill. In a word: perfection.
