Angel funding helped Dave harvest Cabernet, Merlot and Malbec from Walla Walla and Columbia Valley to capture all these bold reds into one decadent blend.

Drinkable now with decanting. It will drink really nicely in 2022 through 2027.
Serving advice
Like all of my reds, it always helps to decant, or at least open it 30 min before pouring to get some air.
Food match
Handmade Italian salami, Sweet Onion Crostini with Tomato Jam and a really nice goat cheese make a wonderful snack with this wine!
