- Thanks to your support, Dave sniffed out this Cabernet from one of Washington's top vineyards, nestled in the heart of the Columbia Valley, where it grows like a charm thanks to long, sunny days.
- When he's not in the winery, perfecting his top-rated wines, you can usually find Dave at his favorite fishing holes. And though he typically recommends pairing fish with his wines, he'll be the first to tell you – this powerful red was made to be matched with steak.

This Cabernet is made to drink now, but will age nicely for up to 5 years.
Serving advice
Like all of my wines, I like to decant it and let it air out for 20 minutes before serving. Please wait at least a week to open after receiving your shipment.

My favorite pairing with this Cab is steak in a peppercorn sauce with onion rings and peas and carrots on the side!
