About the wine
Everything you love about Willamette Pinot AND Rosé - in one glass
- This is full-flavored Rosé, with lush cherry and strawberry flavors and the mouth-watering texture Willamette Pinot is world-famous for.
- Made "Saignée style," which means Chris let Pinot Noir juice run off into a new tank and fermented it without skins or seeds. That technique makes a richer Rosé, with a finish that travels from your fingers to your toes.
- Prices are skyrocketing for Pinot Noir Rosés as their popularity goes up. But you fund a Willamette expert – that's why you're getting a high-quality, high-demand Rosé for an everyday drinking price.
Best before
Drink now, it will be a huge hit all summer long. It is a wine that can hold up for years, but it will not last that long as it will be a favorite.
Serving advice
Open and enjoy. If refrigerator is too cold, you may want to let it sit out for a bit to warm up then open. Slightly warmer will allow more of the aromatics to shine, and make the wine more enjoyable.
Food match
It will go with literally everything from popcorn to a complex pasta dish with a rich cream sauce. I would recommend some slightly spicy street tacos.
Contains sulphites
