This will keep well for a few years, but it is delicious now and I recommend enjoying it sooner rather than later.

While this is delicious on its own as an aperitif or after-dinner wine, try it with soft cheeses like Taleggio, Epoisses, Reblochon or traditional Alsatian Munster - or spicy Asian dishes. I particularly enjoy it with Thai food.
