This is ready now, but will continue to improve for up to 5 years.
Serving advice
Open and put it in the fridge 20 minutes to cool it down a bit before serving.
Food match
Aged or smoked hard cheeses, grilled steak with a mushroom wine sauce, roasted duck (even Peking Duck!) with a fruit-based sauce, pasta alla Puttanesca or a moderately spicy chili would be fun!
