Tim Olson Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir 2013
About the wine
Best seller
- Real fruit and a lot of elegance at the same time in this very well-rounded Pinot from the Santa Lucia Highlands.
- Tim knocked it out of the park on short notice with the 2012 vintage. Each year he's had more time to prepare, more time to select the best parcels of fruit and the funding to get the pick of the lot. This is even better than last year and with more aging potential.
- The last vintage sold out so fast Tim's friends and family didn't even get a chance to order it (45 days) -- Teach them a lesson about procrastinating and beat them to it again.
Best before
Drink now to 2023. It will age nicely and develop more flavours and aromatics.
Serving advice
Serve at 65-70°F
Food match
Great with chicken, salmon, lamb and pork. This wine will also pair nicely with Italian food and a range of seafood and lighter fare.
