About the wine
Bright, refined white straight from the terraced vineyards of Pfalz, Germany
- This vibrant Gewürztraminer is a crisp German classic complete with lively tropical fruit flavors and a delicate, refined finish that’s seriously refreshing and then some.
- Thanks to your funding, Gerd got to start with hand-selected fruit from the hillside vineyards of his home region in Pfalz, Germany and used a light touch in the winery to let the grapes' high-quality flavors shine their brightest.
- Pair this Gewürztraminer with a spread of cheeses and a few close friends and you can’t go wrong.
Best before
This Gewürztraminer has the potential to age for 10 years and more.
Serving advice
This wine should be served well-chilled. Letting it air out and breathe for half an hour before drinking it would be perfect.
Food match
For starters, I love this white wine with dishes like liver pâté, or a charcuterie and cheese platter - or to complement main courses like wild boar stew with potato dumplings.
Contains sulphites
