It can be served immediately or stored for maximum 3-5 years
Serving advice
Always open the bottle one hour before, don't need to be decanted. Better temperature is at around 64° in winter and 68° in summer time
Food match
Always good with all kind of meat, but also nice with grilled vegetables. Good with a pizza as well...it is a traditional, informal wine
