- He sourced premium parcels of Tempranillo grapes from dry-farmed vineyards in the Umpqua Valley, then kicked it up a notch in the winery. Rather than traditional oak barrels, Scott brought out the big guns and fermented the grapes in French Oak Foudre tanks for silky, smooth perfection.
