About the wine

- Angel funding allows Sam to harvest Shiraz from a selection of premium vineyards across his home region of Victoria, where some of Australia's most coveted Shiraz comes from.
- Take it from Sam, there's nothing better than a chargrilled steak off "the barbie" and this powerhouse Shiraz. A classic Aussie combo!
Best before
This Shiraz has the ability to age for 3-5 years. Over that time it will develop more savoury and complex flavours. But it's such a delicious drink now, I hope most people will enjoy it as a youngster.

Serve at 15-16°C
Food match
Delicious with char-grilled steak. Once the meat is done and is resting, perhaps pop some asparagus zucchini and baby corn on the grill for a full on smoke fest!
