Nova harvested her Riesling from primo vineyards across New York’s Finger Lakes – Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka – where cool conditions let this white develop intense, mouthwatering flavors.
Nova crafted her top-tier Riesling in a dry style to maximize its fresh, fruity flavors, an ideal pairing with rich charcuterie and creamy cheeses.
Best before
This wine shows even better with a few years of age. With some decanting it opens up beautifully now.
Serving advice
Decant and don't serve it too cold to allow the aromas and flavors to fully show.
Food match
This is one of my favorites with salami and cheese. The dry style really cuts through the fatty meat and is very refreshing with creamy cheeses.
