Best before
You could hold on to this bottle for quite a few years and it would age beautifully. I think you should buy a few bottles so you can try some now, some over the summer, and some with a little bit of age.
Serving advice
I'd make sure to chill this bottle down before you open it, then pour yourself a glass or two or three!
Food match
A cheese platter filled with fresh and dried fruit and nuts would be perfect. I'd also go for oysters, a delicious roast or pasta or I think this wine will go with just about anything.

Meet the winemaker - Alex Farber
- Alex's first job out of winemaking school was for a famous Napa Valley winery. She absorbed its classic traditions and techniques, but she knew her own dream – to make classic wines joyous and modern – would be years away.
- Most young winemakers have to work 10, 15, even 20 years to earn a Winemaker title. Alex's big dreams weren't going to wait, so she asked Angels for a jumpstart, and they launched her into the big leagues.
