If you like a lot of young, vibrant fruit, then drink over the next 2 years. If you're after more complexity from age in bottle, the wine will easily cellar up to 10 years.

Decant for 20 minutes and serve cool. Pop into the fridge for about 20 minutes to bring the temperature down.
