- With your funding, Matt returned to the cool-climate California Syrah vineyard he used to earn 90+ scores at Wine Enthusiast to get the finest flavors possible. He let the grapes hang longer before harvest, giving your sparkling full, ripe layers.

Meet the winemaker - Matt Iaconis
- This rocket scientist was studying to be an astronaut before he decided wine was even cooler than space. So he dropped aeronautics and picked up a degree in winemaking from UC Davis.
